Upscale Reptiles Show
Sept. 13 & 14 Check out all that's scaly at the Sacramento Reptile Show, a two-day event held at the Sacramento Convention Center.
Boasting 4,000 reptiles and 40 professional reptile breeders, the Sacramento Reptile Show has something for every reptile lover.
Presented by Upscale Reptiles, the show also is a "sale" in which reptile enthusiasts or newcomers can meet breeders and gain knowledge of what it takes to care for a reptile, and, if interested, take a new pet home. "We are true believers in educating our customers on the proper care of reptiles," according to Jeremy and Angel Epstein of Upscale Reptiles and Pets to Go. "An informed pet owner usually makes for a responsible pet owner."
The Sacramento Reptile Show started out 10 years ago and began as a 10-vendor, 1,200 square-foot show. The event has since grown to 15,000 square feet and attracts more than 7,000 visitors to the Sacramento Convention Center.
