Julie has been a guest on Good Day Sacramento, Fox 40 and interviewed on several local radio stations and internet broadcasts. Change is Your Choice”© launched her speaking to the international level with her engagement in Heidelberg, Germany speaking to several junior high and high schools to teens who are stationed abroad with their U.S. Army parents.

Attending one of Julie’s sessions is somewhere between inspiration and comedy! The most repeated comment Julie receives is how fun, energetic and enlightening her sessions are. Whether for two hours or five hours almost every attendee is left wanting more!

Caring Connection Children’s Center has been operated as Julie’s love child business in West Sacramento for the past 14 years. Caring Connection is licensed for 41 children including infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Caring Connection has a close-knit staff that live the philosophy of Enlightened Discipline© while always learning and growing to enhance their own development. “Enlightened Discipline is the philosophy we use to teach children their behavioral education.” Sathe declares. “The mainstream puts so much emphasis on academics and then just expects young children to behave. At Caring Connection we teach the three core principles for successful human relationships. The concepts are so simple that children absorb them without any difficulty. Safe, kind and Clean are the guiding principles of Caring Connection and the Enlightened Discipline teaching. I’m so proud to have developed such a powerful philosophy and am ready to share it with everyone.”

Caring Connection is special because of its open-door policy. “We never make an appointment. We want parents to visit us and see what we are really like. No matter what. Even if it’s hectic and a little overwhelming parents deserve to see us authentically. I trust parents to know what feels right for them and their child.”

Julie is a contributing writer for Parent’s Monthly Magazine and interested readers can always get more of her opinion and insight on her blog: www.enlighteneddiscipline.blogspot.com

Julie has infused her energy and gusto for a balanced program for young children into Caring Connection whether she is on site or on the road teaching, training or fulfilling her lust for travel. Caring Connection’s teaching staff are always finding new, enlightening ways to teach young children the simple joys of being. They are very proud of their clean-eating nutritional meal program that minimizes processed foods and maximizes taste and comfort cooking. Caring Connection celebrates childhood while teaching within the scope of developmental style. Children learn numbers by jumping, letters by singing, they learn compassion by expressing, they learn math by voting, scooping, pouring and yes, many times spilling. Caring Connection is about fun!
